We're sorry to hear your Slinger Tennis Launcher is not launching balls. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to get you back up and running.
1. Make sure all the lights on your Slinger Bag control panel are lit up to indicate a fully charged battery (Click here for more information)
2. Check to ensure the remote battery is working
If the blue light turns on when you press any button on the remote - the battery in the remote is working
*Please note: for Tennis Launches, the remote must be used to operate and activate the launcher.

3. If you are experiencing a second longer beep, it is generally a sign of a ball jam

Bonjour,
J'aimerais savoir si il est possible de faire un échange standard de la carte, car la tension batterie est bonne, lorsque l'interrupteur est à 1 la tension s'écroule au niveau de cet inter, je crains à un c.c.
