We understand that there are instances where balls are hit back to the launcher, resembling a ball jam, which can disrupt your training session.
If a ball accidentally returns to the launcher chute, please follow these steps:
1. IMMEDIATELY turn off the launcher and DO NOT connect it to the charger to prevent any further damage or injury
2. Examine the following areas and see where you can easily remove the ball:
3. Adjust the elevation knob to easily locate the stuck tennis ball.
4. With protective gloves, attempt to remove the ball from the bag. You may need to cut the ball and use pliers to extract it from the chute.
