We're sorry to hear the Slinger Pickleball Launcher is not launching balls. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to get you back up and running.
1. Please ensure the battery on the launcher is fully charged. The machine is fully charged when all 4 lights on the control panel illuminate green.

2. Check to ensure the remote battery is working. If the blue light turns on when you press any button on the remote - the battery in the remote is working. If not, please review the following:
