Oscillator not working?

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Slinger oscillator. 

Let's try some troubleshooting steps to get the oscillator working again.

•  Make sure all the lights on your Slinger Bag control panel are lit up.
•  Check if the blue light turns on when you press any button on the remote.

Sometimes, the oscillator might not work if there's dust or debris on the connection points. No worries, though! You can fix it by using a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol to clean the magnetic ends on the control panel and the cable. Also, check to ensure there is no plastic covering on the magnetic cable. After cleaning, turn on the Slinger, and press the bottom button on the remote to turn on the oscillator. Lastly, flip the device over and see if there's anything blocking it from working as intended.
